Qigong

is a china-based motion system of simple exercises to activate selfhealing powers. It contains constitutional postures, engergy-motions, self-massage, breathing techniques and meditation.

The comprehension and converison of Yin and Yang forms the foundation of this exercising system, with the goal to reach a state of unity. Yin is passive, female and Yang is active, male energy.

The eagerness between Yin and Yang creates the energy-flow (Qi), which determines our life quality. An harmonically unhindered energy-flow through the energy-lanes (meridians) of the body, displays an essential component of conservating or rather recovering our entire healthiness.

Qigong is easy to learn and has proven itself, worldwide, as a helpfull method of coming to terms with daily problems and disharmony. As a holistic exercising system it affects body, soul and spirit in equal measure.
